At present, EurekaPlus does not offer a cancellation option for purchased or subscribed services. We strongly recommend carefully assessing the suitability of our testing services for your needs before making a commitment. Please note that once products/services are purchased, no refunds, whether total or partial, will be issued.
However, if we encounter logistical challenges leading to the inability to process our testing services, particularly in areas where our services are unavailable, we will initiate a complete refund of the online payment within 7 working days.
